The building has undergone a major renovation, placing it back on the market as a quality asset and corresponding to user needs.

BMA Group Paris carried out works of valorisation of a Real Estate Asset – Ottawa au Pecq – on behalf of Monceau Assurances. The project included the highlight of the hall of entrance’s architecture and the renovation of the office floors and the bathrooms. Located in Parc Saint Laurent, Ottawa is an independent office building with 2.700 sqm.

Keyview is a building with excellent visibility. Since the owner did not wish to completely renovate the building, in order not to offer a turnkey solution to the future tenant, asked BMA Group Paris to design and build a model-floor to show the potential of the building.

Gecina is a real estate company that owns, manages and develops real estate assets of 20 billion euros at the end of June 2020, almost 97% located in Ile-de-France. Gecina is a real estate investment company listed on Euronext Paris and has nearly 500 employees.

In order to accompany Gecina’s commercialisation of the building 55 Amsterdam, BMA Group Paris completely conceived and implemented its model-floor. BMA Group Paris created a tailor made capsule, with the purpose of presenting Gecina’s know-how. The space layout also follows the capusle’s lines and is decorated with personalised information signals.
