SD Worx is a specialised provider of people solutions across the entire employee life cycle. Offers innovative solutions and personalised accompaniment in different subjects such as payroll and administrative management, time management and digitalisation.

SD Worx trusted BMA Group Paris with the conception and implementation of its new headquarters in Paris. The challenge was to reagroup three entities of the group in the same office. The design should reflect a common communication and image about the group, at the same considering the different specifications of each business area. Therefore, BMA Group created the current SD Worx HQ as a where all the teams could work, socialize and exchange ideas together.

The C2C Group, through its two brands C2C and CINODIS, is a specialist in IT technical solutions, oriented to the consultancy and distribution of data transmission products.
According with its development process, the Group desired to move into a new building, where the workplace design should reflect the new image of the company and the innovations it proposes. Overall, it was a joint work between BMA Group and the Client.

B&C France is a specialist in the creation of real estate value, mainly through Promotion, Investment, Asset Management, Property Management and Project Management.
BMA Group was chosen for the renovation of the entrance hall, the stages and the offices of the building Jean Monnet, in La Défense.

A big renovation took place in this old building with the purpose of repositioning it in the market. The fit-out works were partially carried in occupied locations. Additionally, BMA Group team thought the common areas as modern and warm spaces, dedicated to conviviality.

AG2R La Mondiale is a French multinational insurance company, based in Paris that operates in global insurances, financial services, supplementary retirement fund and supplementary pension that secures 15 million individual customers and 500,000 companies.

In this project, BMA Group was challenged to bring a touch of elegance, simplicity and modernity to the entrance hall of the Building New Corner, in Saint Denis.

IZI by EDF is a services company created for helping private clients to find providers for different types of services: small works, troubleshooting, renovation, furniture and equipments installation, services contracts, etc.

For this start-up, bought by EDF Group, BMA Group conceived its offices connecting three main concepts: conviviality, group image and team sharing. For some services, it was also considered the concept of flex office.

Wargaming is a Belarusian company specialised in the development of strategy video games. The main video games developed by their studio are linked to the franchise “World of”, namely “World of Tanks”.

BMA Group was chosen to redesign Wargaming’s new headquarters in France, within a young and collaborative dynamic. The challenge of this project was to bring closer teams with different working methods and needs. Additionally, a special attention was given to the optimisation of spaces, especially the collaborative ones (cafeteria, meeting rooms and phone booths).

Synchrone is a consultant that accompanies big companies in the digital transformation of their activities and services always based on their business strategy.

Synchrone accompanies big companies in their digital transformation process and that is why BMA Group chose a totally connected space when planning its headquarters. The layout has two spaces both with different environments: the loft and the business centre for a total immersion with Synchrone. The loft, with 180 sqm and an industrial style, has a reception and an harmonious social area with a bistrot kitchen, the real “lung” of the office. The refined business centre promotes immersion and discussions within a confortable and personal environment.
The open space offers a classic, refined and functional work environment. Synechrone’s office also has several meeting rooms, decorated with frames and chandeliers, to convey the “Parisian chic” look.

Izivia is a subsidiary of the EDF Group. Ownes and develops a network of fast-charging stations for electric vehicles, presents in French highways.

Izivia trusted BMA Group to completely rethink the spaces of its office. The concept had a modern and technological tone at the image of Izivia’s activity. The new offices were conceived with the purpose of improving the convivality of the spaces, ensuring a balance between informal spaces and private ones.

With over 100 years of history, Nufarm is one of the world’s leading developers and manufacturers of seeds and crop protection solutions. The head office is in Australia, however Nufarm has manufacturing and marketing operations in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and North America.

BMA Group had a double challenge: trying to forget an historical headquarters, where spaces were too separated, and proposing a design in line with the group’s values. Therefore, BMA Group Paris conceived and presented a layout focused on the new working methods, with a special attention to the office’s acoustics.

Founded in 2005, SeaBird is an independant consultancy company specialised in Finance, Risks and Operations in the Insurances sector: insurance companies, social protection groups and brokers.

BMA Group was chosen by SeaBird to renovate its headquarters. The goal was to move on from an horizontal organisation to a more vertical one, in an independent building and always preserving conviviality and team spirit. The environment is warm and modern, sustained by the “haussmannien” caracter of the building.
