A creative reorganization

Based on new ways of working

BMA transforms 1,200 sqm in the Alto Tower, at the heart of La Défense.

“Challenge the way the company operates”: this is the powerful message from the CEO. To bring employees back to the office post-COVID, it is essential to restore meaning to their organization and instill a creative energy that stimulates daily life.

Our response? A completely redesigned reception area that transforms into a bar—a true space for conviviality and connection right from the entrance.

We also reinvented the core areas by giving them a real personality, offering teams a diversity of workspaces tailored to every need.
